1. Definitions
•“Application”: Refers to the Close Care mobile application owned by Close Care Company.
•“User”: Any individual using the app to book health or wellness services.
•“Service Provider”: Any licensed clinic, home care provider, beauty center, or health facility listed on the app.
2. Acceptance and Use
•By using the Close Care app, you agree to the full terms and conditions outlined herein.
•The app may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
•Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or booking services.
•The platform reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts used improperly or with misleading information.
3. Payments and Services
•All payments are processed via secure electronic gateways within the app.
•Service prices are set by providers and clearly displayed before booking.
•By confirming a booking, the user agrees to the listed price. Refunds follow the cancellation policy below.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the User:
•Before the provider accepts the request: Free cancellation without any charges.
•After the provider accepts the request:
•If cancelled within 5 minutes: A small fee is deducted to cover operational costs.
•If cancelled after 5 minutes: The full service fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Provider:
•If the provider cancels after accepting a booking, the full amount is refunded to the user.
Delays and No-Show:
•If the provider is more than 30 minutes late, the user may cancel and receive a full refund.
•If the user is not present at the agreed location, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
•Close Care is a marketing and booking platform, not responsible for the outcome or quality of services provided.
•Service providers are solely responsible for complying with healthcare and legal standards.
•Any disputes are to be resolved directly between the user and the provider, with Close Care offering technical support when needed.
6. Terms Update
•Close Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates via the app or email.
•Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the revised terms.
