•“User”: Any individual using the app to book healthcare services.
•“Service Provider”: Certified healthcare centers and home healthcare providers listed on the app.
2. Acceptance & Usage
•By using the app, you agree to allTerms & Conditionslisted herein.
•The appmust notbe used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
•Users must provideaccurate and up-to-date informationwhen registering.
3. Payments & Fees
•All payments must be made through theapproved electronic payment methodswithin the app.
•CloseCarecharges a30% commissionon all service bookings made through the platform.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
User Cancellation
•Before the service provider accepts the request: The user can cancel without any fees.
•After the service provider accepts the request:
•If canceledwithin 5 minutes,25% of the service feewill be deducted.
•If canceledafter 5 minutes,100% of the service feewill be deducted, with no refund.
Provider Cancellation
•If the service provider cancels after accepting the request, thefull amount will be refundedto the user.
Delays & No-Show
•If the provider is delayed bymore than 30 minutes, the user can cancel and receive afull refund.
•If the user is not present at the specified location,no refund will be issued.
5. Legal Liability
•CloseCareis not responsible for the services provided by third-party healthcare providers.
•Any disputes between users and service providers must be resolved between them directly.
